About Northern Insights

Principal Suzanne Sabroski has worked in the market research industry for more than twenty years as an independent consultant and in the trenches as an analyst. Her areas of expertise include Win/Loss analysis, customer experience, and competitive intelligence. She holds an M. Ed. in educational media and is the author of Super Searches Make it On Their Own, published by Information Today in 2002. 

Suzanne was an early adopter to the internet, running her first information research business with a dial-up connection. Over the years it became clear that the most valuable information for business decisions is usually inside people's heads. And the best way to discover that is an unbiased telephone conversation. 

Coming from market and competitive intelligence, the decision to specialize in Win/Loss analysis was a natural progression. Suzanne has conducted hundreds of interviews and can warm up a conversation with just about anyone.

Suzanne lives with her husband and dog in northern Minnesota. She enjoys growing flowers, hiking, experimenting with recipes, and spending time with family. Suzanne is a certified volunteer with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs as a therapy dog team with her Goldendoodle Teddy.
